Our Journey

Pilot

Founded in 2021, EA Consulting was created to give young talent in Pakistan the chance to work at an international level and develop skills for the global talent pool. EA quickly signed its first pilot client and hired its first employee.

Launch

In May 2022, Expertise Accelerated (EA) officially launched its operations, driven by a dedicated team consisting of marketing and sales and accounting specialists.

New Clients

In June 2022, EA secured its second client—a 300,000 sq. ft. bakery manufacturing plant with both retail and wholesale distribution. Shortly thereafter, EA expanded its portfolio by acquiring its third client, a NASDAQ-listed company.

Philosophy and Culture

We recognise each client’s uniqueness, requiring top attention and dedication. We aim to enhance processes and provide offshore talent that exceeds in-house capabilities. Our company culture fosters mutual respect, learning, and rewards hard work.

Current Status

We are a growing team of around 50 employees, serving brands with US or global distribution. While we excel in outsourced accounting, most of our services are focused towards consulting. As we expand, we aim to attract more prominent brands as clients.
